How OAKS reservations work

Your reservation is made the moment you tap Confirm Order on the Shipping step of checkout — not just from viewing your cart or shipping details. If you want to ensure you get this pair, be sure to reach that step and confirm your order right away. You have a 10 minute reservation. Otherwise, you will have to start over and get a new reservation.

Remember that you only have 10 minutes from when you confirm your order to pay, otherwise, you will also have to start over and get a new reservation.

If someone is ahead of you in line for the same size, you're added to the waitlist automatically — no need to keep refreshing. If their reservation expires or they change their mind, you'll get a notification (and an email) with a link to pay, and you'll have 20 minutes to complete your purchase before it moves to the next person in line.
