Need to return an item?

You have a 14-day return right. As an EU consumer you can return any order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. You pay the return shipping, and we refund you in full to your original payment method — or, if you prefer, as KCO store credit. The choice is always yours.

Missed the 14 days? No stress. Up to 30 days after delivery we accept unused items in their original condition in exchange for store credit.

OAKS are produced in single batches, so if yours isn't a keeper you can also resell it on the KRUNCH CREW Marketplace and let it find a new home.

Faulty or wrong item? That's on us — misprints, damage, or wrong items are always fixed with a reprint, replacement, or full refund, and we cover the return shipping. You have 2 years to complain about defects.
