Deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime from your profile's Security tab (Profile → Security → Delete Account). Before you do, hit Download My Data in the same section to grab a copy of your profile and order history (JSON).

How it works: enter your password and we email you a confirmation link (valid 24 hours). Nothing changes until you click it — so a stray click can't nuke your account.

What gets deleted: everything personal — name, email, address, phone, photos, galleries, notifications, push subscriptions. If you've never ordered, the whole account is gone immediately.

What's kept (for a while): if you have orders or artist sales, those records are legally required bookkeeping — they're kept for 5 years in anonymized form (not connected to you as a person) and then deleted automatically.

Artists: pending payouts must be settled and any active subscription cancelled before deletion can complete. Your artwork is unpublished from the shop and your gallery images are deleted from our image host.
