Your profile & CREW card
Your profile lives at Profile in the menu and is split into five tabs:
- SHIP-TO — the delivery address for your orders. The only info we actually need; a Required sticker nags you until it's filled.
- CREW INFO — your public identity. A live preview of your CREW card sits at the top and updates as you type. Set your card name (nickname) and bio, upload a card background image, and flip the Public toggle to choose whether your card shows on the /crew gallery. Off means hidden — your call, anytime.
- ACCOUNT — full name, email, and avatar photo.
- ALERTS — push and email notification preferences per category.
- SECURITY — password, two-factor authentication, browser sessions, your data export, and account deletion (see Deleting your account).
About the CREW card: it's your face around KRUNCH — avatar, card name, bio, your links, and for artists the OAKS and merch counts. The same card appears on the /crew gallery, and the bio's Read more opens your full story.
Artists: your nickname is shown on your Artist Shop and Gallery profiles, so pick a good one.
