When an OAKS sells out, we release Next Gens — next-generation designs inspired by the original. Order a sold-out OAKS and you join the "First Batch" list, which drops 4 weeks early. Read more.

How is shipping priced?

Merch pricing and shipping are calculated at checkout. OAKS are reviewed per-order before placing, so the final price comes after we check with our suppliers. Read more.

Can I return an item?

OAKS can't be returned, but unused KCO merch can be — refunded as shop credit. Read more.

How do KRUNCH points work?

You earn points automatically as an Ambassador or as an owner of OAKS and First Batches, and they apply automatically as a discount on KCO merch. Earning points · Redeeming points.

I'm an artist — when do I get paid?

Your margin first recovers your Launch Budget; after that, payouts run monthly for balances of 50 DKK or more via Stripe. Read more.
